Delivery Options

Standing Order Service: this means your water delivery will take place on a regular basis without the need to phone in. You have the option of bi-weekly or monthly service (as indicated on your delivery schedule). Please set out your empties and the route representative will replace them with predetermined full bottles. Unless changes are necessary to that standing order (vacation stops, seasonal adjustments, etc.) you will not need to phone in. As well, our drivers do have the capability of customizing your order at time of delivery if by chance your requirements have changed.

Phone In Service: this means you can call in your order, giving us one days notice prior to the delivery dates indicated on the delivery schedule.
