Water from the cooler is not cold
Your unit may have become unplugged. Check the cord and ensure power is at the outlet. If this is not the problem please contact us.
Water from the “hot” tap is not hot
Look behind the unit to find the “hot” switch and make sure it is in the “on” position.
Cooler/bottle is leaking
This problem is almost always an issue with the bottle, not the cooler. Should the bottle have a pin hole or crack (too small to detect) air will enter the bottle. This compromises the vacuum seal. The water will overflow the reservoir and run down the inside of the cooler, leaking out onto the floor.
Please follow these steps
Both taps are dispensing “hot” water
Unplug the cooler and call us.
How to adjust the cold water temperature
Locate thermostat as pictured in diagram. Using a flat head screwdriver you can adjust colder (clockwise) or warmer (counter clockwise) temperature. Adjustments should be less than a quarter turn in either direction. Allow 30-45 minutes for temperature to adjust. Adjusting to far clockwise may result in ice build-up in reservoir, preventing water flow.
